Cancellation & Amendment Policy

1. Surgical Recommendation (SR) Fee

1.1 You will be required to pay the SR request fee after submitting your Assessment Form. The fee is non-refundable but can be used as a credit toward the Deposit or Plastic Surgery Fee by Dr.Supasid Plastic Surgery.

 

2. Deposit

2.1 You will be required to pay a deposit when booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no later than 6 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date.

2.2 Surgery Deposits are non-refundable in the event that you are unable to attend your booked and scheduled surgery date, due to a government imposed travel restriction, government mandated medical restrictions, or personal reasons relating or not relating to the COVID-19. Your Surgery Deposit can be used as a credit towards a new surgery date with Dr. Supasid within 24 months from payment of your original deposit.

 

3. Amendment and Cancellation Fees

3.1 Amendment or Cancellation by the Client more than 30 days prior to the Confirmed Surgery Date will incur an Amendment fee of THB2,500 or a Cancellation Fee of THB7,500.

3.2 Amendment or Cancellation by the Client within 30 days of the Confirmed Surgery Date will incur an Amendment fee of THB5,000 or a Cancellation Fee of THB10,000.

3.3 Amendment or Cancellation by the Client within 7 days of the Confirmed Surgery Date will incur an Amendment fee of THB7,500 or a Cancellation Fee of THB20,000.

3.4 Cancellation of the Surgery by the Surgeon at the time of Consultation, or after the Consultation and prior to the Confirmed Surgery, and as a result of the Client’s non disclosure of medical history, medications or non compliance with Pre-surgery Guidelines and Conditions will incur a THB10,000 Cancellation Fee, an Administration Fee of THB5,000 will apply, and any costs incurred including but not limited to all medical tests at the hospital, surgeon consultation, hospital inpatient accommodation, and all transfers.

3.5 Where the Surgeon or the Medical Team to include the Anaesthetist cancels the Surgery in the interests of patient safety due to increased patient risk, and not as a result of the Client’s non disclosure of medical history, medications or non compliance with pre-surgery Guidelines and Conditions, no Cancellation Fee will apply, however, an Administration Fee of THB5,000 will apply, and any costs incurred including but not limited to all medical tests at the hospital, surgeon consultation, hospital inpatient accommodation, and all transfers.

3.6 Cancellation of the Surgery by the Client at the time of Consultation with the Surgeon, or after the Consultation with the Surgeon and prior to the Confirmed Surgery will incur a THB10,000 Cancellation Fee, an Administration Fee of THB5,000 will apply, and any costs incurred including but not limited to all medical tests at the hospital, surgeon consultation, hospital inpatient accommodation, and all transfers.

3.7 The Deposit cannot be applied to Amendment and Cancellation Fees.

 

4. Processing Refunds

4.1 Bank account details must be provided to Dr.Supasid Plastic Surgery in writing by email. Once bank account details are received, refunds may take up to 1 week to process.
